Return and Exchange Policies
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that all items are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase via email.
- After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will already be in process.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We are unable to accept exchanges for sale items and accessories.
- We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Only one exchange request per item is accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of your item.
Exchange Process

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, you can choose a different product of equal value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- All items are carefully inspected and video-recorded before shipment to ensure they are in good condition.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
- We will cover shipping costs for exchanges in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
